My bf had been avoiding me since last 2 weeks....we were in a relationship for last 2 years..?

and when i finally asked him wats happening and if he was serious about our realtionship , he told me...we could visit each other ours is a LDR... but he did not have any life time plans...i told him i thought we were in a serious relationship and that is what i want....not a casual fling... he told me to find someone else.... im in devastation i know hes right... but i feel like ****.... i dont knw wat to do.. help me to forget him pls...
