Is the son of Bin Laden entitled to sue the American government for the unlawful killing of his Father?

Cliff, he clearly stated in his question he'd sue the AMERICAN GOVERNMENT. He'd probably sue in COURT. Anyways, if he does have a case then so do all of the people that were killed as a result of war.
