If you lived in Joplin Missouri and survived, would you rebuild there, or would you relocate your family?

On the off chance it may happen again? Same goes for places that get frequent devastating hurricanes.. Would that always be your home, or would the chance of total devastation steer you away from it? I am talking mainly people who live in places that tornados frequent, because hurricanes can usually be tracked a lot sooner and more warning is available.
