Druing times of disaster what do you expect of a president?

Well i'll tell you what a President shouldnt be doing in times of disaster. He shouldnt be drinking cocktails and eating wheeners at a ROYAL RECEPTION with his wife in 2k dollar outfits. Should probably be in the country showing support for the people, visiting the area's destoryed by the disasters just as the people supported him during the election and listened to his BS speaches about change.
