Should I do AP Statistics junior year?

For next year I'm taking APUSH, AP Chem, AP Stat, English H, Precalc H, Physics H & Latin Lit H. Now my counselor keeps telling me that my schedule is demanding, but i think i can handle it. The main reason why i feel iffy about ap stat is that I'm probably gonna be the only junior in the class, which will make me lonely. So i was thinking I could drop AP stat and do it senior year. Then I might do AP Psych or some electives. Should I stick with AP Stat?
