Kingdom hearts RE: coded glitch out?

ive played 13 hours and im at the spot where your inside riku. but for no reson i just loaded my save file and im at lv 4 and all my stats are red. i was like lv 16 and now im lv 4 all the things on the stat board are normal. and when im in a level insted of having the whole bar of health is like halfway green and other half gray. can someone plzzzzzzzzzz help :(
